Register for the Ride

You can pre-register for this years ride by printing the registration form and sending it to the address on the form along with your check.

A $25.00 donation per person is requested. If you choose to collect any additional sponsorship, ADA Camp Carefree will greatly appreciate it.

Prizes will be awarded to the individual and/or group with the largest donation on the day of the ride.

If you would like to volunteer your time but you do not ride a motorcycle, please contact us and we will give you details of what we need help with. Please understand your time is volunteer only, if you can help us any time donated will be appreciated. Non-riders are also welcome to join us. Indicate you are a non-rider on the registration form and you will be welcome to join us for the barbeque and awards ceremony at the end of the ride. You can also register on the day of the ride at the rides starting location. Please note the starting time of the ride and be aware that you may have to arrive at least 2 hours before hand if you have not pre-registered. A phone number and/or e-mail are requested on the registration form for contact information only. We send out informational fliers to everyone several months prior to the ride. We want everyone who has participated in the ride, either as a rider or non-rider in previous years, to be aware of the date and time of the current year's ride. We do not sell your personal information to anyone or any organization.
