Our History:

Flames Ride was founded by a loving friend, Alice Brockway. Alice lost a very special friend that succumbed to the complications of Diabetes. Bev's nickname to her friends was Flame. Flame has many friends that remember her spirit and love of riding, and the loss they all feel is the reason the ride is named after her. We have committed ourselves to continue this ride in an effort to raise money to help beat this terrible disease. The money raised goes towards sending kids with diabetes to ADA Camp Carefree so that they can learn to live with their disease and towards research to help those who already have the disease learn how to live with it.
